Hello everyone. My name is David Moskowitz and I am a Captain in the New York City Police Department. April 13, 1998 marked the tenth anniversary of the murder of New York City Housing Authority Police Officer Anthony O. McLean. The purpose of this web site is to remember a fine Police Officer and a good friend. I am proud to announce that the P.O. Anthony O.
